This article aims to discuss access to Justice through the Cejusc pre-procedural sector and the factors that influence the service provided, in order to prepare a theoretical basis for future research to measure results and impacts caused by this sector, relating them to the current crisis in the Judiciary. The methodology used is bibliographical research, presentation of some direct data and carrying out an induction process. Thus, it was possible to gain insight into the factors that influence the service provided by the Cejusc pre-procedural sector and establish the basis for new research to be carried out on the topic addressed. Based on this, important themes were addressed, and the conclusion was the presentation of a field of research considered essential and important for the current context of crisis in the Judiciary, still little explored. It is clear that there is a basis for future research, with great possibility of providing the Judiciary with essential studies and data in order to indicate an effort to improve the services provided in the pre-procedural sector of Cesjusc, relating to conciliations and mediations.
