The study adopts an inductive method and bibliographic and documentary research techniques on the subject. Initially, considerations are presented on the constitutional interactions between legal certainty and justice. Next, a brief analysis of the legitimacy of the Constitutional Court for constitutional review is carried out. Afterwards, discussions are presented on the parameters for the control of facts and forecasts by the Constitutional Court. In conclusion, it is pointed out that the control carried out by the Constitutional Court should consider the developments of the constitutionally established reserve of justice.
